A team user is a person working in the studio panel. Clients invited to the client portal do not count as users. Limits apply to active projects — completed ones can be archived with their history kept. ArchiPuro does not replace accounting — it organizes projects, costs, invoices, payments and data to hand to your accountant.

We answer
your questions

Can I import clients from Excel?+
Yes. Upload a CSV or XLSX, map the columns, and you're done. Usually 2-3 minutes for 500 clients.
Do invoices meet Polish requirements?+
Yes. VAT invoices, KSEF-ready, PDF + XML export. Numbering is configurable.
Does the client need an account?+
Not required. You send a link and the client sees the project without logging in. Optionally, an account with extended permissions.
What happens after the 14-day trial?+
You pick a plan, or your account switches to read-only. Your data stays — you can come back anytime.
Does it work offline?+
The mobile app has offline mode for the basics (notes, reading). Sync resumes when you're back online.
Who has access to my data?+
Only you and the people you invite. Data hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). Fully GDPR compliant.
